How do I pay for my move?

Paying for your move can be done in a way that is convenient and comfortable for you.  It can be made by cashier’s check, money order, cash, or by credit card.  These forms of payment can also be taken at anytime during your move process, at origin, during transit, or at destination. 

How long will it take for my things to get to destination?

This will depend on the weight of your goods and the mileage you are traveling.  A transit time will be determined by you and your sales representative at the time of the estimate.  We will document your transit time on the order for service as well as on your Bill of Lading.

What do I do if something gets damaged during my move?

There are two ways to handle a claim for damaged items.  The first and easiest way is to utilize the online claim form on the Atlas website.  This ensures timely processing of your claim.  If utilizing this form of processing, please have your Bill of Lading available to ensure access to necessary information. Another way to initiate a claim is to call AAAPro Moving & Storage,  Inc. and request that a claim form be sent to your new home address. 

What if my house isn’t ready when my things arrive?

When your goods arrive at destination, the driver will contact you for delivery to your new home.  If your home is not ready, your things can be stored until you are ready for them.  This can be done at a local Atlas Van Lines Agency.  If you anticipate this we can give you storage costs in advance.
